HUBERTUS

"Hubertus" is intended for production of original rye and wheat bread with darkened crumb and attractive unique flavour and aroma using one -phase method. Thanks to the dry rye leaven the concentrate naturally contains, bread is produced quickly and easily. The concentrate is added to flour in the proportion 1:1. The obtained bread is an indispensable addition to various dishes served at outdoor events: hunting events or camps as well as formal receptions.
