"Bimix" concentrate is intended for production of sponge cakes with a one-phase method and does not require separate fat and egg mass aeration.

In comparison with the traditional method, the technology is a very quick and reliable (no possibility of dough curling of dough). Besides, the dough may be prepared long before baking because it is very stable. There are two types of the "Bimix" concentrates: Standard and Szampanki.
