CARAMEL POUND CAKE

"Caramel pound cake" dough concentrate is intended for production of fatty sponge cake with wonderful caramel taste with a one-phase method, i.e. whipping all ingredients together in a confectionery whipping machine for 5 - 7 minutes. The dough obtained from "Caramel pound cake" concentrate is stable thanks to which it may be prepared long before baking.
