CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE

The concentrate is used for fast preparation of chocolate cake of excellent chocolate flavour and aroma, which may be used for baking various kinds of pound cakes and pies, e.g. fruit pies, nut and dried fruit pies, etc. Due to properly selected ingredients and applying emulsifying-aerating substances, cake is produced by means of a monophase, socalled "all-in", method, without necessity of intensive whipping, and the time of cake's preparation is shortened to a few minutes.
