The concentrate is designed for the production of sorbet ice -cream, which, unlike soft ice-cream does not contain in its composition any milk or fat. Pomeranian powdered ice-cream is intended for the production of so called "soft" ice-cream both in machines with a good aeration system and with a much weaker one. The ice-cream is characterized by a unique and refreshing taste. The ice-cream production technology consists in mixing the concentrate with water in proportion of 1:2 and leaving the mixture for 10 minutes until the ingredients dissolve. The Pomeranian „Sorbet" ice-cream concentrate is offered in the following flavors: peach, strawberry and orange.
