"АКО-Sec" is a special improver facilitating production of good rye bread, as well as mixed bread with a predominance of rye flour. The improver increases the efficiency of dough, thus, lowers the costs of bread production. Dough remains less glutinous, forming pieces becomes easier. The improver extends the time of final rising and makes it more stable.

As a result, bread is of bigger volume and even structure of crumb, which becomes drier, does not crumble, and remains fresh for a longer time. Bread sustains nice shape of a loaf, which is especially important while making board bread. The dosage is of 0,5 -1,0% in relation to the total flour mass (0,5 -1,0 kg of "AKO-Sec" for 100 kg of flour).
