"Regge" is a natural preparation used for darkening of the crumb of bread and rolls produced from wholemeal and white flour - in particular with an admixture of different kinds of seed (e.g. sunflower or soya). An admixture of "Regge" darkener simultaneously improves the taste and flavour of bread and rolls. Depending on the dosage of the preparation, you can obtain light beige to dark brown crumb. The use of "Regge" darkener is very easy - just mix it with flour in the kneading trough.

The dosage is of 0,5 - 1,5% in relation to the total flour mass.
