"Natura" is a multigrain blend intended for the baking of attractively tasting and looking bread. The blend consists of oatmeal, barley malt, corn grits and flaxseeds, sunflower seeds and coarsely ground soybeans. It is applied in the amount of 20% in relation to the total quantity of flour. Before adding to the dough, the blend should be put in warm water in the 1:1 proportion for 60-90 minutes.
