It is intended for baking of attractively tasting and looking bread. The blend consists of 12 ingredients: oat grains, cut wheat grains, cut rye grains, cut barley grains, wheat bran, coarsely ground soybeans, corn grits, husked sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, ground rye malt, barley malt and oatmeal. The blend should be applied in the amount of 25% in relation to the total quantity of flour.

Before adding to the dough, it should be put in warm water for 2 - 3 hours.
