SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM
This concentrate is used for the direct production of ice cream mixes without the addition of eggs. The ice cream production technology involves mixing the concentrate with water in a 1:3 ratio and leaving the resulting mixture for 15 minutes to thicken. The ice cream mix prepared in this way is suitable for the production of soft serve ice cream from ice cream machine, which may or may not be pasteurised. The ‘Soft Serve Ice Cream’ concentrate is available in the following flavours: vanilla, creamy, vanilla & cream, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, chocolate, cactus, toffee, lemon, yoghurt and mango.
